Our Day At Eatern Illinois University
On April 11, 2012 my husband Rick and I were asked to be guest speakers to a class of Entrenpenuers. We shared with them how we both got started in our business's and some of the things we have learned over the years. We told them about things we have done to promote our business and we each brought in items that we had made to share with the class. I BIG thanks to Professor Jeff Oetting for inviting us to speak to his class!

Hand Painted Picture Of Quail
Here is what I painted today.....I like painting on these pieces of tree bark. This is my first time to try and paint quail. :D
Hand Painted Bow Saw
Here is another one of my recent paintings! I bought this old Bow Saw on e-bay and had my husband cut out a piece of wood that I could paint and attach to the backside of the saw. Here is what I painted! :) I am taking this painting along with others ( you can see on my facebook business page; "COUNTRY GIRL CRAFTS") to the Ill. Deer & Turkey Classic, March 23 - 25 at the Converntion Center in Peoria, Ill. I will be in Booth #508!!
My Hand Painted Moose Antler
I recently painted a Moose Antler. Not every day you can say that!! lol My husband even made a stand to display it for me out of whitetail antlers! Moose Antlers are alittle ruff to paint on...but I love the way it turned out!
